Solid Stating/Crystallization

At Ancos, we have the ability to solid state polymers to various viscosities with our 22,000 pound double-cone vacuum system. Ancos also has crystallization technology that allows efficient batch processing of low-melt polymers. Analytical capabilities include melt viscosity, color, moisture and crystallinity. Small-scale evaluation of polymers prior to commercial scale is also available for product characterization.
